This policy explains what data DealQuanta collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect. Account information (name, email, hashed password), the deal data you choose to save, and basic technical/usage logs. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors. We share the minimum data needed with a small number of trusted providers: Lemon Squeezy(payments & Merchant of Record — it processes your payment and billing details; we never see or store your full card number), and Brevo (delivery of support and account emails). Our application and database are hosted on servers located in the EU.

How we use data. To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies. We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved deals.

Data location & retention. Data is stored on servers in the EU. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
