- Is the trial really free, and do I need a credit card?

- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime, in one click from your account. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- What if I only analyze a few deals a year?
- The free rental calculator is always free with no signup for quick one-off numbers. The annual plan works out to $71/month, so even a couple of deals a year you actually win more than pays for it. Many investors subscribe for the months they're actively shopping and cancel in between.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your saved deals are tied to your account and are never shared or sold. Deals are private by default — a deal is only viewable by others if you explicitly generate a read-only share link for it.
- Does DealQuanta give financial or investment advice?
- No. DealQuanta is a software analysis tool. It computes the numbers — cap rate, cash-on-cash, NOI, DSCR, IRR and pro forma projections — from the inputs you provide. It does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- What happens to my saved deals if I cancel?
- Your deals stay safely stored on your account. While your subscription is inactive you can't edit, compare or export them, but nothing is deleted — resubscribe at any time and everything is exactly where you left it.
- Who charges my card, and is it secure?
- Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They securely process the payment and any applicable sales tax/VAT and appear on your statement — we never see or store your full card details.
- Can I get a refund?
